SMITH | ROBINSON attorneys have long histories of success earning “Best Lawyers” honors. Cundari was first recognized in 2016; Robinson and Smith have been recognized in every edition since 2021.

Similarly, SMITH | ROBINSON also has earned past recognition in “Best Law Firms in America,” earning Tier 1 honors for two practice areas in the most-recent edition. The 2027 update of “Best Law Firms” will be released in November.

Best Lawyers uses a selection process based on peer review that aims to capture a consensus opinion about the professional abilities of other attorneys in the same practice areas and same cities. After the attorneys vote on nominees, the “Best Lawyers” staff conducts independent research to determine final selections.
