Five SMITH | ROBINSON attorneys recognized in the 2026 “Midlands Legal Elite”

SMITH | ROBINSON is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been selected to the 2026 listing of the “Midlands Legal Elite” by Columbia Business Monthly.
The attorneys and the practice area(s) they are recognized in are:

- Austin Reed – Appellate Law
Atkinson practices in the firm’s Sumter office, where his work focuses on litigation, medical malpractice defense, and Tort Claims Act matters.
Cundari, a Member of the firm based in Columbia, is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, white-collar defense, and appellate practice.
Hanna, of the Columbia office, has a broad civil litigation practice focusing primarily on complex business disputes and appellate practice.
Lee, also in Columbia, concentrates her practice in appellate work, commercial litigation, and white-collar defense.
Reed, a Member of the firm in Columbia, concentrates his practice on appellate work, commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and Tort Claims Act litigation.
Each year, Columbia Business Monthly conducts a thorough selection process of thousands of active attorneys in the Midlands area to be selected to its listing. Attorneys are nominated to the listing, are voted on by their peers, and then selected by the magazine’s editors. The magazine has been publishing this list since 2010.
